    A new face for

team — The world of short-time physics has a new face on the internet. Christian Hackenberger, Bernd Ullmann, Thorsten Naeser, Tanya Bergues und Franziska Hoss completely redesigned our website The dominant features are large-sized images, illustrations and state-of-the-art animations. The layout is unique and takes an entirely new way in the programming of websites. Intelligible to all, concisely explains our research and the limits of highfield and ultra-short physics. Colleagues will quickly and easily find qualified contact persons. We also improved the research possibilities with regard to publications. Through all this, we would like to facilitate the exchange among our groups and encourage and inspire young researchers to get into ultra-short physics. The new website introduces the person behind science and offers a unique photographic view into our laboratories. This will be useful for non-experts to get a comprehensive insight into the fascinating world of short-pulse laser technique.
